👩🍳 How to Cook:
Masoor Whole Dal:
Rinse 1 cup of Masoor Whole and soak for 30 minutes.
Add 3 cups of water, salt, and a pinch of turmeric. Pressure cook for 3–4 whistles.
In a pan, heat ghee or oil, add cumin seeds, chopped onions, garlic, and tomatoes.
Add red chili powder and garam masala, sauté until aromatic.
Mix the tempering with the cooked dal and simmer for 5 minutes.
